Different ways of applying or creating an Adsense Account
Signing up with Google Adsense is fairly simple and straightforward. You go to the site and fill in your information.
The part in the application form that you will get stuck to is the website information. You must have a website to put the Adsense code once you are approved.
And that is the hardest part – getting approved.
From my experience, I created my own domain blog (the now defunct, Razile.com) and I used that to apply for an Adsense Account. It got approved.
To make a long story short, you need to have a site or a blog.
Now, here are some ways you may apply for an account:
- Buy a domain and create content. Update twice a week for a month or two and you can apply for an Adsense Account after that; or
- Create a Bloggeraccount and do the same – post content twice a week. Many say that applying through Blogger is more convenient and it gets approved easily since Google also owns Blogger. You can try it for yourself. You can check out this article at About.comon how to put Adsense code into your Blogger account. Pay particular attention to Slide/Page 4 of that article:If you don’t have an AdSense account yet, you will be prompted to sign up for one now. Fill out the application and press the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
or
- Docstoc -This is an example of an Adsense revenue sharing website. All you need to do is to register in their website and you will be prompted to apply for an Adsense account if you do not have one.
Once you’re done with the registration you can start and upload pdf, Powerpoint, documents (.doc) and other files and apply for an Adsense account inside the members’ area.
You can then promote your uploaded files and start earning with Adsense. Click here to learn more about DocStoc Adsense revenue sharing program.
- Fiverr - There are gigs in there that say they can help you get approved but mostly it is applicable in the US. So if you are living outside of the United States, you may not get approved.A lot of our Indian friends are offering this gig in Fiverr. I cannot personally vouch if their method works, but you can try them out if you want.
- Hubpages - Another Adsense sharing website. You can try applying for Adsense inside the members area.
- Squidoo - Much the same as with Docstoc and Hubpages
